Cycle for Awareness

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We pedal to increase awareness of breast cancer and encourage those who have been diagnosed.  

Cycle for Awareness offers a 3,15 and40 mile ride that starts and ends at Junction City. The 3 mile is a family fun ride. The 15mile and 40mile ride offer rolling hills and flats. Downloadable GPS files for the route and rest stops will be made available the week of the event. Attendees also have the option to participate in other family fun activities.

The event will take place in the parking lot at Junction City (by the bridge). Proceeds from this ride will be donated to the Susan B Komen Foundation 

Helmets are mandatory for all riders! Rain or shine this event will take place.

Check In — 8:00-10:45am The 15mile & 40mile ride must be started no later than 10am.

3mile ride starts at—10:30am

Victory Bell Ring 11:30am (top of the bridge) Other family friendly activities will also take place.
